01.Does my system ever go down?
Almost never. Our infrastructure is built on enterprise-grade platforms with 99.9%+ uptime. If something does interrupt service, we're notified before you are and we communicate immediately.
02.Who can see my data?
Only you and our build team. Your data is never sold, shared, or used to train external models. Every system we deploy is on a dedicated client instance.
03.What happens if I want to make a change?
Email us, text us, or use the change request button on your dashboard. Most adjustments are made within 48 business hours. Voice and tone tunes are unlimited and included.
04.Can I see what my AI is saying?
Yes — every conversation is logged and reviewable through your dashboard. You have full visibility into every interaction.

Billing & Plans
05.When does my card get charged?
Monthly, on the same date you originally signed up. You'll see “Kairos AI” on your statement.
06.Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect within the same billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
07.Are there hidden fees?
No. The only additional costs are usage-based pass-throughs (like phone minutes or SMS volume) and those are disclosed upfront before any module is activated.
08.What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel any time with no penalty. Email us before your next billing date and we'll wind everything down cleanly. We'd rather you stay because the system earns its place — not because you're locked in.

09.How soon will I see results?
Most clients see leads handled faster within the first 48 hours of going live. The deeper compounding effect — closed deals, time back, reduced workload — usually shows up clearly by week three.
10.What if my AI says something wrong?
Forward the conversation to us, tell us what should have happened. We re-tune. That's the loop — we expect rough edges in the first few weeks and we expect to refine them quickly.
11.Does this replace my team?
No — it replaces the work nobody wanted to do anyway. Your team focuses on the parts of the business that need human judgment. The repetitive parts run themselves.
12.What if my business changes significantly?
Tell us. We'll re-architect what needs re-architecting. Your system is designed to evolve with you, not against you.
