Your system is built, deployed, and running. The first week is for one thing: noticing. Notice what gets handled without you. Notice the few edges that need a second look. Notice the things you used to do at 9pm that suddenly aren't on your plate.
You don't need to grind through a setup checklist. The setup is done. What you need is awareness.
PHASE ONE
Days 1 & 2 — Observe
The first week is for learning your system. The first month is for owning it.
PHASE TWO
Days 3 & 4 — Refine
The clients who get the most out of Kairos in week one aren't the ones who tinker the most. They're the ones who watch closely and report two or three small things. Resist the urge to overhaul.
PHASE THREE
Days 5 to 7 — Settle In
Your system is designed to work without your daily attention — that's the whole point. But the first week is when it earns your trust. Stay close, notice what works, and tell us what doesn't. After that, you can step back.
Kairos — the decisive moment where action creates transformation.
